1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using SeeSubs (the “Service”) at https://seesubs.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service
SeeSubs is a free, web-based dashboard that allows users to log and track recurring subscriptions in order to gain visibility into spending and identify potential savings opportunities. The Service does not process payments and does not purchase, cancel, or manage subscriptions on your behalf.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SeeSubs. By using the Service you represent that (a) you are at least 13 and (b) if you are under 18, you have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 and will delete any such data if discovered.
5. Accounts and Security
- You may create an account with an email address and password or via supported third-party single-sign-on.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
6. User Data & License to SeeSubs
- All subscription information you input remains private by default; other users cannot see it.
- Ownership. You retain any rights you have in the data you submit.
- License to Us. You grant SeeSubs a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, and back up that data solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell or publicly display your data.
7. Privacy
Our separate Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect (e.g., through Google Analytics and PostHog) and how we use it. By using the Service, you consent to that collection and use.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) reverse-engineer or copy the Service’s software; (d) upload malicious code.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Google Analytics and PostHog for usage analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those tools.
10. Disclaimers
- Not Financial Advice. The Service provides informational tools only. SeeSubs does not offer financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.
- Data Accuracy. Estimates, projections, and currency conversions are provided “as-is” and may not reflect real-time or complete information.
- As-Is Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeSubs and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed US $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (whichever is greater).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeeSubs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; Sections 10–15 survive.
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and SeeSubs agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the “Effective Date” above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
